Uphall Community Woodland

The Uphall Community Woodland, located to the north of Uphall, covers an area of approximately 13 hectares.

It is accessible on foot from the Ecclesmachan Road (the B8046) and from access points off St Andrews Drive and Thomson Court/Grove.  The Uphall and Broxburn Heritage Art Trail goes through a section of the woodland.

Managed by West Lothian Council, the Uphall Community Woodland contains some dense woodland, is well sign posted, has a number of benches dotted around and offers walkers a number of different paths to take.  The site gives visitors stunning views of nearby Binny Craig and the distant Pentland Hills.

For more information and a map of the woodland, please visit the Uphall Community Woodland page on the Woodland Trust web site.
